Rights
On September 15th 2010, Liam Shepherd granted permission on behalf of Adastra (UK) to host recordings on the Live Music Archive:
Hi,
I am writing on behalf of the band Adastra (UK) to allow the taping and upload of the band's shows to the Live Music Archive at archive.org.
The band and myself do not object to bootlegs being traded and circulated throughout the internet. The only condition is that there should be no financial
transactions incurred by any parties. Recording directly from the sound desk is
permitted, but only at the approval of the band and management, and of course the sound engineer working on the night.
Trading commercial releases, such as studio recordings is not permitted. Official
bootlegs, however, are permitted - due to the fact that we have made these releases available for free.
We have no objection to http://www.archive.org hosting any live bootlegs, as long as the site itself continues as a non-commercial archive.
We reserve the right to revise this policy.
Yours sincerely,
Liam Shepherd
